Alex Day 7

B - 2 eggs & green smoothie

L - Indian buffet - spinach (w/out the potatoes), sambar soup & salad

S - Green smoothie

D - Raw sheep's milk cheese & salad

S - Rooibos tea w/coconut milk and raw honey

Happy Sunday! I would like to get a more consistent morning and evening prayer time/routine going...i.e. reading the Bible --maybe Psalms or Proverbs...or something. Anyone have any disciplines that work for them?
