L - veggie soup
D - grilled chicken, turnip greens, cole slaw
S - cherries and strawberries with almond butter

20 minute workout

Tuesday
B - berry smoothie
S - almonds
L - veggie soup, celery with almond butter
D - beef patty, mixed veggies, salad
S - berries with almonds
