Brian - Day 2

Hello Team Health!
Day two down...
Breakfast - two eggs
Lunch - fresh spinach salad w grilled chicken, egg, mushrooms, red onion, almonds, oil/vinegar
Snack - almonds
Dinner - Spaghetti with Ground Turkey Tomato Sauce & mushrooms (sliced squash/zucc/carrots instead of noodles - so much better than strands of flour)
Stay strong through the detox days ahead...you may feel tired but push through as increased energy lies ahead.
I'm less congested already...praise.
