Cindy...

Hey ....

Sorry, I am not even sure what day it is!! Doing well, and pressing on toward trying to do what I really want to do..I have some set backs when I don't prepare so well..but all and all I love it and it feels so good to be doing this incredible change!!

Breakfast-Berry smoothie with almond butter
Snack-grapefruit
Lunch...taking a salad with me ;)
