Day 10 - Melissa G.

Hello everyone ... I hope you are all enjoying how wonderful you are feeling. I'm finding my sleep is even more restful and my energy level is continuing to climb - which is good at my age! :)

Day 10, Wednesday, went like this:
B- Smoothie w/ fruit juice & greens
L - Chickpea salad & almonds & banana
D- ww ravioli filled w/ roasted red peppers & tofu w/ tomato/caper sauce
S - granola w/ soy milk
water, water, water, water

Praying for you all and praying for Haiti - all the residents and rescue workers! Blessings to you today, friends!!
