Day 21

Hi Guys, Here I am popping up on day 21! forgiveme. I've had some challenges with kitchen use, but I've been doing pretty well overall. I've decided that if I keep the principals in mind as a way of living instead of "diet", I do better. My food choices are determined by this point of view. You are all an inspiration!
