Jen and Brian - Days 20 & 21

Hey Team -

Hope everyone has had a great weekend. We missed blogging yesterday, so playing a little catch up here. Brian and I ate pretty much the same thing over the last two days, so I'll condense your reading and post for both of us ;)

Day 20
B -Berry smoothie with greens (plus two eggs for B)
L - Stir-fry veggies, sweet potato and miso soup
D - Black beans and corn

Day 21
B - Berry smoothie with greens (plus three eggs for B)
L - Miso soup
D - Veggie/bean chili (yummy - we'll be eating the leftover for a few days, too.)
S - Walnuts, apple with almond butter

Melissa, what is sweet potato chili? Sounds like an amazing combination of two of my favorite things!
