Reading all your blogs makes me happy. Good bloggin' today. So happy with all the progress and success. Mom, I bet your lack of knee pain can be attributed to the "reduction of inflammation" that comes with phase one and overall healthy eating....more than just sugar, it comes from your overall reduction in preservatives, sugars, flours, and processed foods. that's good stuff....only 15 days. What's 15 days in the big picture? Think of the changes unseen, unfelt, & undetedcted.
B- peach and berry smoothie with greens - amazing
L- skipped...I hate it but I did...bad move.
D- chicken stir-fry with snow peas, bok choy, broc, green beans and other green vegetables
