Hi All -
Can't believe the weekend is here again already. We are rolling through the days :)
B - Berry/green smoothie with coconut milk
L - 1/2 cucumber, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries
D - Salmon, broccoli sauteed with mushrooms and onions, asparagus, salad
My exercise, still, has been lacking... but that is going to change next week.
