Hey ya'll! Looks like you guys are doing great. Not sure why but I've had a little trouble the past couple of days. I have almost felt like giving up...but I will NOT! : )
Day 22
B -goat milk strawberry yogurt with walnuts
L - grilled greek chicken salad with fresh feta - greek dressing (ate half)
D- the rest of of greek salad
S- almonds
Day 23
B - plain goat milk yogurt with walnuts & blueberries
L- Chicken curry with veggies soup (I ate with a friend at an English Rest. The waitress told me that there were only veggie with the curry - rice was included so "nothing to do about it." : (
D - layered chili cheese dip, carrot sticks with some artichoke dip (girls brought to group)
Day 24
B - ricotta cheese with pineapple, almonds & a little honey
L- hamburger patty with cheese, lettuce & tomato, sweet potatoes
D - some garlic artichoke dip (oops...ate a few whole grain crackers)
S - almonds
