L - salad, grilled chicken, grapes
D - vegetable soup
S - berries with almonds
Tuesday
B - berry smoothie
S - almonds
L - vegetable soup, celery with almond butter
Dinner - spaghetti sauce with ground beef over spaghetti squash (I could hardly tell it wasn't pasta!) with some goat cheese crumbles, tossed salad, fruit salad (cantelope, honey dew, strawberries, raspberries, blue berries)
S - almonds
20 minute work out both days
