Day 20
B - vanilla goat milk yogurt with strawberries & almonds
L - roast beef, corn, green beans, slaw & squash
D - roast beef & squash
S - almonds

Day 21
B - ricotta, strawberries, almonds with honey
L - Lentil soup & sm. spring mix salad
D - Baked chicken (like chicken parm. without bread crumbs) & spring mix salad
S- blueberry goat milk yogurt
