Melissa G - Day 17

Hey all ... glad to hear we're all doing so good! Amazing what success of others can do to your own journey!!

Yesterday was good, but busy as usual. Way more tired yesterday so I actually went to bed at 7:45 pm! Woke up refreshed today. Food wise went like this:

B - Smoothie w/ greens
L- V-8 Low Sodium
D- Mock Taco Salad w/ Veggie Chips
S- grapes, apples, p'nut butter (raw)
