di-et [dahy-it] - noun: food and drink considered in terms of its qualities, composition and its effects on health.
Not to be confused with fad "diets," deprevation/binge eating,
or eating plans that lead to short-term weight loss and rebounding.
Over the next 40 days, you are not "on a diet;" you are redefining your lifestyle.

I would appreciate your prayers for Wed. nights. I am beginning a Bible study with about 20 college girls called Outflow. (our entire church is doing the study together) It is a wonderful study. I just realized that Jen & Brian's pastor wrote a recommendation on the back of the study. : )
