Hey Guys,
We're almost through another week! So proud of you all. Here's my day today:
B - Berry smoothie with greens
L - Salad "medley" from Whole Foods bar - mixed green salad, Israeli salad and seaweed salad
D - Vegetable spaghetti - no meat, no noodles. Sauce, mushrooms and red peppers over squash, zucchini, red onion and carrots. Yummy :)
S - Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and dried cranberries. Also, bowl of mixed berries with honey and almond slices
