Day 2

Mornings are my only quiet time to blog, so I will be writing about yesterday today! So far, so good on the Daniel Fast/Makers Diet plan ... heading into day 3 and all is well.

B - Pomegranate smoothie w/ whole greens
L - More smoothie
D - Black Bean Soup & Whole Wheat Tortilla w/ Chipolte Hummus
S- grapes, apples, bananas, almonds, pumpkin seed granola w/ soy milk
... oh, and water, water, water all day

Making an all veggie chili w/ tofu to simmer all day for dinner tonight ...

Exercise was 40 minutes of Wii fit - yoga, hula hoop, boxing, step ...

Love the accountability and so glad we're all doing great. Praying for everyone here ...
