Day 5 and feeling fine!

Hey all ... Glad to see all the successful stores so far ... great menu ideas! Proud of Brian eating out in an Asian restaurant and sticking to the plan. I don't think I could tempt myself and go out to eat ... yet! The smells would get to me!!

Day 5 went something like this:
B - Steel cut Oatmeal w/ soy milk and cinnamon
L - Smoothie w/ greens
D - More of the Yummy Chili and spelt bread topped w/ a hummus/tofu spread
S - Almonds, grapes, banana, apples, raw broccoli
water, water ....

Took hubby (Jere) to natural food store w/ me so he could help pick out things for us to eat. We're trying spinach lasagna w/ ww pasta, soy cheese/tofu and lots of vegetables.
It wasn't his idea to do this, but I'm blessed he is such a willing and helpful participant.

Worked out for 40 minutes of Wii - yoga, hula, boxing, step
All in all, I feel great and love the feeling of success ... love the time I make to spend in the word ... you're right when you say it becomes routine. Blessings to you all!
