Hey everyone!
Feelin' good.
B - 2 eggs and bowl of berries
L - sliced turkey and goat cheese roll-ups
S - pickle slices; cherries; carrots
D - chicken cutlets cooked with red peppers, salad, and spinach
Exercise - pushups and situps.
