Cindy - Day 16

Hello everyone ;)

Its been a really good day...didn't mess up at all..I was sooo proud of myself..not one slip!!

B-Grapefruit, 2 scrambled eggs and 2 turkey bacon
L-Salad with mixed greens and chicken salad on top..made a bit different but no mayo :)
S-Smoothie with strawberries and almond butter

I feel great and I am looking forward to another good day tomorrow!! Started a wonderful bible study tonight and I can't wait to dig into it..its a Beth Moore study and its going to be good!!
