B - goat milk yogurt with blueberries, almonds & honey
L - sauteed chicken with salsa & lentils
D - spaghetti sauce over zuchinni with some mozerella goat cheese - Yum!
S- strawberries & almond butter
On treadmill at the Y today for 20 minutes or so... I am out of shape but determined to build back up! : )
