Melissa - Day 3

Starting to feel the stirrings of detox. Headache and body aches and general all over aches ... but it is nothing compared to the suffering Jesus endured to give us eternal life!!!

So, my day 3 went something like this:
B - fruit juice smoothie w/ greens
L - more smoothie and some grapes w/ almonds
D - tofu w/ spinach, mushrooms and onions
S - almonds, pumpkin seed granola w/ soy milk, grapes, banana, brown rice/ww bread
water, water, water, water, water, water, water, etc;

Chili is on for tonight since I didn't get it made last night ... looking for filling meals to keep Jere (my husband) on track. His detox symptoms are worse!

Started a wonderful Bible study my incredible sister in law wrote. Can't wait to see what God has to say to me and thought this would be the perfect time to get into her study and His word.
