Brian - Day 22

We are in the 4th week, wow. Welcome to full Makers, Melissa....and so good to hear from Joan. I know there are others out there that are with us...spying on the blog :-)
Great day for me:
B - 3 eggs and apple with almond butter (and a little bit of Jen's smoothie)
L - leftover chili...just as good the secong time around
S - are you kidding, look at the size of my breakfast
D - Buffalo marinated artichoke hearts, sauteed broc, and spinach salad
