Another great day..no slips at all..I am on a roll :)
B-Blackberry Smoothie with Almond butter Turkey Bacon and Grapefruit
L-Salad with mixed greens and chicken slices also a cup of fruit, grapes apples and strawberries
D-Turkey slices with mixed steamed veggies and sweet potatoe ...YUM!!
Did alot of walking too...love walking, but I need to walk at a faster pace I think!!
