Day 22 - Melissa G

Hi all,

Still loving the new food choices. Love my organic coffee and goats milk is not as bad as it sounds!

B- Goats milk smoothie w/ greens
L- More smoothie
D- Talapia w/ lemon & dill, stir fried green beans w/ ginger & sesame
S- raw almonds, sunflower seeds and organic raisins
water ... lots and lots of it
