Cindy Day 6

Hey all :)

Sorry I skipped yesterday...didn't mean to, just had a brain lapse! All went well yesterday and I stayed home all day, due to SNOW :) and didn't do anything bad..yipppee!!

Today has been a run run day..and still I did well!! Really enjoying this diet alot!!

B Blueberry Smoothie and 2 slices of Turkey Bacon...YUM!
D Grilled Salmon...SUPER YUM...salad with oil and vinager and Brocolli.. no cheese...ate out at O'Charlies and it was sooo yummy!! Saved up all day for it...not even a snack!!

Night all...had a super good day...no headaches or body aches or fatique either..so encouraged!!!
