Happy Weekend everyone ...

Yesterday was good .

B- Smoothie w/ greens
L- Broccoli Salad w/ grapes, apples, raisins
D- More Broccoli Salad - Sweet Potato Chili
S- Popcorn, Pumpkin seed granola w/ soy milk
water, water, water

Looking forward to joining in with the Makers Plan effective today. Finishing up w/ the Daniel Fast food in the house and shopping strictly for Makers, so today and tomorrow may be a mesh of both, but by Monday full on Makers. Happy Weekend!!
