Brian - Day 27 28

HELLO PHASE 3! Hi all, hope you had a nice frigid weekend.
Brunch - 3 eggs and fresh berries
S - carrots/raw seaweed herb chips (they were actually very good)
D - vegetable curry

B- 2 eggs
L - salad w carrots egg beans mush oil vin
D - the "famous" eggplant zuc squash mushroom pepper raw sheep milk cheese "lasagna" (AMAZING!)

I'm stepping up the exercise down the final stretch.
