Hey Team -

Happy Friday to you all! Yesterday looked like this for me:

B - Berry/banana/peach/spinach smoothie
L - Real oatmeal topped with strawberries, raspberries and blackberries
D - Spicy tuna roll (brown rice), salad and sauteed broccoli
S - Apple with almond butter and frozen leftover smoothie
