Boy, I go from bad to worse about posting although I have been very faithful to my eating plan.
Saturday -
B - scrambled eggs with turkey bacon, 1/2 grapefruit
S - almonds, orange
D - chili, salad, fresh fruit
Sunday -
B - 2 eggs, turkey bacon, 1/2 grapefruit
S - orange, almonds
D - roast beef, turnip greens, green beans, tossed salad, fruit salad
Monday -
B - berry smoothie
L - vegetable soup
S - orange, almonds
D - grilled chicken, salad, steamed carrots, broccoli, pepper, onions
Tuesday -
B - berry smoothie
L - carrots and celery with almond butter
S - almonds
D - spaghetti with spaghetti squash, salad, fresh berries with almonds
I am looking forward to adding a few new things with Phase 3! It's wonderful to see that everyone is still on board! God bless!!
