Wednesday -
B - EZ Cereal topped with berries
L - Hummus with EZ pita, grapes
D - Veggie spaghetti over spelt noodles
S - Smoothie

Thursday -
B - Oatmeal (traditional oats - not instant) topped with berries
L - Leftover veggie spaghetti over spelt noodles, smoothie
D - Veggie sausage links with sweet potato and black beans
S - Spicy tuna roll (brown rice)
