Jen - Day 31

Hey Team -

Happy Wednesday. Hope you are all enjoying the first few days of Phase III. Here's my day:

B - Sprouted Ezekiel cereal with coconut milk, topped with strawberries, banana and blueberries
L - Grilled goat cheese sandwich on Ezekiel bread with Omega-3 mayo, mustard and pickles. (Sooo good :)
D - Veggie spaghetti (sauce with squash, zucchini, red pepper and mushrooms) over a few spelt noodles
S - Berry/spinach smoothie

Still praying for us all! You guys rock!
