B - Ez toast with almond butter & raspberry all fruit
L- grilled chicken minis (not bread) from O'charley's, side salad, sweet potato fries
D- tenderloin with fresh mushrooms, napa cabbage salad with sunflower seeds, & sauteed zuchinni & squash & sweet potato
