Kim -Day 30

Okay... I got a little confused about the days. However, I think that yesterday was day 30 - Tuesday.
B- Low sodium Ezekiel bread with almond butter & a little raspberry fruit spread
L- asian salad- including lettuce, napa cabbage, carrots, , grilled chicken & ginger ving.
D- hamburger pattie with goat cheese & steamed greenbeans
S- Ezekiel bread with almond butter
