Jen and Brian - Day 29

Hi Team -

Well I have to say: I absolutely love Phase III. Toasted Ezekiel bread and hummus have never tasted so good :) Brian and I were both working from home today and ate identically, so again I'll condense:

B - Sprouted cereal (Ezekiel) with coconut milk, topped with banana and blueberries
L - The aforementioned hummus and EZ bread
D - Spicy tuna roll with brown rice, penang veggie curry over brown rice
S - Berry/peach/spinach smoothie

Hope you all have enjoyed the first day of the final Phase! You should be very proud. Only 10 more days till the finish line!!
